Produced using organic farming methods by Pauline and Géraud Fromont, this is a rare, single-plot cuvée from the exceptional terroir of L'Étoile. Grown on a subsoil of distinct blue and grey marl, this wine is crafted in a "floral" or *ouillé* (topped-up) style—without the development of an oxidative veil—offering a remarkably deep and complex expression of the Savagnin grape variety. On the nose, the wine is highly aristocratic, revealing aromas of candied citrus, grapefruit zest, sweet spices, and meadow flowers, complemented by a noble, mineral, and smoky touch. On the palate, the texture is dense and ample, supported by remarkable saline tension and a precise, chiseled acidity that extends the finish for several seconds.
