This Savagnin Les Molates Ouillé has a brilliant golden yellow colour.On the nose, it reveals fruity aromas of pear, exotic fruit and citrus.On the palate, the attack is lively with lemony notes.This cuvée seduces with its vibrant energy and its salty, spicy character.
Vinification and ageing: carried out with minimal intervention, the owners believing that ‘the wine must create itself’.The grapes are harvested by hand, and the wine is vinified in barrels that have already held 5 to 10 wines, followed by ageing in barrels with topping up for 22 months. Certified organic wine.
