Direct from the vineyard - Grand vin de Guillaume Sorbe

Grape variety : Sauvignon blanc 100%.
Soil : limestone
Tasting: A nose with notes of melon, grapefruit, lemon, parsley and honey. Superb minerality on the palate with chalk and white flower flavours. Complex, with peach and yuzu lemon flavours on the palate. Smooth texture, with a balance of creaminess and acidity.
Viticulture: The vines, plants and soils are worked according to the principles of organic or biodynamic farming (slurry, copper-sulphur, purins, composts, home-made preparations). No certification. Environmental balance (vines, forests, fruit trees, sheep, chickens, bees, etc.)
