Plunging wine-lovers into the world of the vineyards, this exceptional viticulture is distinguished by its "Guyot Poussard" pruning, as well as manual practices such as disbudding, lifting and leaf-thinning. The harvest, meticulously planned for 12, 17 and 21 September 2022, ensures an optimum yield of 30 hl/ha.

VINIFICATION

The refined vinification, a veritable masterpiece, ranges from whole bunch pressing to light settling, with fermentation and ageing carried out in 20 hl tuns, sandstone amphoras and two 400 L barrels (one of which is new). Malolactic fermentation is scrupulously avoided, resulting in 7384 bottles that capture excellence and are ready to delight the senses.

The pale yellow colour with green highlights is a real eye-catcher, while the nose reveals delicate aromas of white fruit, verbena and lime blossom.
