 Sylvain Pataille's Bourgogne Aligoté is one of the finest expressions of this often underestimated grape variety. An emblematic winemaker from Marsannay, Sylvain Pataille has brilliantly rehabilitated Aligoté, treating it with the same care as his finest crus. Produced from old vines planted on carefully selected limestone terroirs, this white wine is vinified naturally, often without sulfur, and aged for a long time on its lees, sometimes in old barrels.
