Product description
The estate's signature cuvée blends the discreet power of Bandol with the elegance and finesse of Tempier. A complexity resulting from the assembly of the different terroirs of the estate and the variety of its clay-limestone soils, from calcareous and sandy marls (165 to 90 Ma), to Trias (200 Ma).
COMPOSITION
Mourvèdre (~75%), complemented by Grenache and Cinsault, and in smaller proportion by Carignon and Syrah.
Average age of the vines: 35-40 years
VINIFICATION
Grapes are sorted in the vineyard and in the cellar; destemmed, crushed and put in the cellar for 3 to 4 weeks of fermentation thanks to indigenous yeasts.
BREEDING
In casks 18 months minimum before bottling.
Conservation: From 4 to 10-15 years, to best perceive the complexity of the cuvée, mixing fruity and tertiary notes (undergrowth, tobacco, old leather...). Depending on the vintage, the conservation can be longer.
All the bottles offered on the site are in stock and available immediately. Cylinders are sold individually with no minimum order. Delivery costs are fixed: whatever the number of bottles you order.
