From the estate
Cellaring potential : To be drunk from 2024 to 2030
Vacheron's red Sancerre Belle Dame opens up remarkably well, aromatic and ripe on the nose, with fruit aromas (stewed or cooked), tending towards plums and a touch of caramel. With further aeration, the wine becomes more precise, more "flinty" and spicy. It reveals aromas of fresh cherries and potted strawberries. Silky on the palate, this is a full-bodied, rich, intense and persistent Pinot Noir with impressive concentration, freshness and finesse.
