Presentation : Poruzots comes from "Porroux" (stony place). On this very stony soil, Dominique Laurent produces a wine with matter, and not just any matter. Ample and silky in mouth, it is carried by a beautiful acidity. Forget it in the cellar for a minimum of 5 years, but it will be able to age for at least 15 years before showing you its greatest level: the apogee.
