About Domaine Dufouleur

For more than 400 years, the Domaine Guy & Yvan Dufouleur has been owned in Burgundy, in Nuits-Saint-Georges. A great experience for these winegrowers, with a constant search for quality wines, and a reputation in Burgundy. Domaine Dufouleur was created by Gilles Dufouleur in 1596. The Domaine Guy & Yvan Dufouleur is now managed jointly by Yvan Dufouleur, the eldest son of Guy Dufouleur and his uncle Xavier. The estate covers 41 hectares in total. The vineyards, spread over the Côte de Beaune and Côte de Nuits, have been run by the Dufouleur family for 13 generations. The Hautes Côtes de Nuits Blanc are a beautiful wine; mineral, balanced. The Perrières Blanc justifies more than its price with a complexity and smoothness coming from the superb maturing. The jewel in the crown is the famous "Clos du Chapitre" - one of the top five Cru sites in Fixin.
