Tasting: "Very solid, it sports lots of fresh notes of bay leaf, pepper and rosemary amidst a slightly chunky core of cassis and fig paste flavors. The finish picks up a prominent charcoal edge, but it's overall warm and inviting. Like a cabin retreat, it's pleasantly rustic."
