Château de Fieuzal 2021
Pessac-Léognan - Cru Classé de Graves
95/100 by Parker
Reviewed by Yohan Castaing – is a blend of 50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 10% Petit Verdot. It reveals an expressive and sensual bouquet with aromas of blackberries, blackcurrants, roses, licorice, and spring flowers. Medium-bodied to full-bodied, elegant and refined, the wine is pure and crystalline, perfectly balanced with a sapid, tense and ethereal finish. Delicious and charming, it beautifully illustrates the sandy and gravelly terroir. To be kept and enjoyed between 2023 and 2040.
Conservation - Ageing : 2025 to 2045
Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot
You will find small notes of plums, black liquorice to complete the finish.
