A fermentation in whole bunches.
A dark ruby color. It offers aromas of sweet red and black berries and flavours that are intensely ripe, jammy, viscous and full-bodied. It is filled with plums. Well defined and structured, it has ripe and round tannins in its admirable finish.
Garde : To be kept in the cellar for at least 5 years. It can be drunk for a decade or more.
