- Characteristics : 70% Grenache - 14% Syrah - 15% Mourvèdre - 1% Cinsault. Whole harvest. Aging of twelve months: 20% in new pieces - 50% in pieces of 1 to 4 wines - 30% in concrete tank. Calcareous marls and sands of the Miocene. Bottled without filtration.
- Tasting: The Gigondas reveals a deeper ruby/plum color to accompany a rich, powerful and concentrated style with lots of classic black fruits, ground pepper and scorched earth. It is rich and dense. This wine will be rewarded with 3 to 5 years of bottle age.
