- Grape variety : Syrah 100%.
- Age of the vines : 30 years .
- Terroir : place called St Pierre, granite at the top of the hill. Late harvest, maturity of the grapes later.
- Vinification and maturation : 12 to 14 months of maturation in barrels.
- Tasting : The altitude of the vines brings out more freshness, aromatic and tension in this Cornas. Notes of red fruits and menthol on the finish.
- Garde : 10-15 years
- Food and wine : Game - Grilled meat
- Alcohol content : 14 %.
