"This wine displays exceptional clarity, balance, and freshness, with rich aromas of botrytis. Full-bodied, quite sweet, and with a crisp finish, it is both racy and refined. The intensity of the noble rot, which gives it a dry impression, is particularly impressive. This is the greatest wine ever produced here. Made from organic grapes, it can be enjoyed from the 2017 vintage onwards, but it is already delicious."
