Order Champagne Jacquesson Cuvée 747
From the estate
96/100 James Suckling
"A structured, creamy-textured non-vintage Jacquesson, carried by bubbles of great finesse and superb elegance. The palate, medium to full-bodied, seduces with its length and sophistication while remaining accessible and inviting. Yet, one can already sense its potential for evolution over time. The Pinot dominance, more pronounced than usual due to the frost that affected the Chardonnay, impresses with its depth. The finish is chewy, with phenolic tension and a slight, controlled bitterness, which adds depth.
Base 2019, three years on lees.
Dosage: 1.5 g/L. Drink now or cellar."
