"A beautifully complex champagne, with aromas of wild berries, brioche, grapefruit, salted dried fruits, and subtle hints of ginger. The palate is dry and well-structured, driven by lively acidity and a delicate effervescence. The finish reveals a spicy dimension that extends the overall wine with character.
Majority from the 2020 base.
Dosage: 2 g/L.
Disgorgement: November 2024.
Enjoy now or after a few years of cellaring."
