- A long vinification of 4 years on lees according to the simplest rules, the light gas and deposit will be of course natural.

- Tasting notes : Minerality, crispness, balanced mouthfeel, nice vivacity. The mouth is very lively, a wonderful fine texture and a salivating acidulous frame, long final of shocked flint.
