Solera - Domaine de Bellevue - Jérome Bretaudeau
Presentation of the cuvée non vintage "Solera" : The Solera de Bretaudeau is an atypical wine. Made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Muscadet region, it is a blend of 4 vintages.
Winemaking process : The wine is fermented in a clay egg and then lightly aged by oxidation for 60 months in a system of Solera barrels, which is traditionally used to produce Sherry.
Tasting: Very few bottles have been produced and the result is a textured, rich, salty and very pleasant wine.
Grape Variety: 100% Chardonnay
