Château-Chalon “La Lahaye” from Domaine de Lahaye is a rare and complex Jura yellow wine, aged for over six years under a veil of yeast, exclusively from the Savagnin grape variety on blue marl soils. It reveals pronounced aromas of walnuts, delicate spices (curry, nutmeg), and dried fruit, with a golden-yellow hue characteristic of its unique style. Long on the palate, with exceptional aging potential, this is a truly exceptional wine to be enjoyed at 14-16°C, paired with mature cheeses or creamy dishes.
