It is made in a very special way and is nicknamed the gold of the Jura. It has typical ample and rich aromas, flavours and fragrances of walnut and hazelnut, almond, toast, honey, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla, caramel, woody notes, and sometimes gingerbread.
