Château Latour 1994
Pauillac - Premier Grand Cru Rated
Score: 94/100 Parker
Reviewer: William Kelley
Tasting Period: 2014 – 2034
Release Date: February 28, 2022
Tasted in magnum, the 1994 Château Latour is dazzling. It opens with an expressive bouquet of black fruits, English walnuts, cigar, damp earth, and wood smoke. On the palate, it combines depth and body, with a full, concentrated texture supported by soft tannins, succulent acidity, and a long, savory finish. Full of energy and balance, it stands out as the wine of the vintage in Bordeaux. A great Latour at perfect maturity—one we'd always like to have in our cellar.
