- Tasted by Joe Czerwinski in January 2022: "This barrel for Faury's 2019 Emporium Cote Rotie was particularly impressive, with plum and blackberry notes barely touched by reductive touches of tar and burnt rubber. It is wonderfully balanced, supple and velvety, with a long, elegant finish. It should be a great beauty when Faury deems it ready for bottling."
