- Grape variety : (+ or -) 92% Syrah and (+ or - ) 8% Viognier
- Garde : 2023 - 2035.
- Opinion about this wine : Dark ruby colour. Complex aromatic palette combining aromas of red and black fruits (raspberry, blackcurrant...) with floral notes (violet in particular), evolving on spicy notes.
- Soil : Micaschistes. The vines are grown on steeply sloping hillsides with a southern exposure (lieu-dit Fourvier) and on hilltops with an eastern and south-eastern exposure (lieux-dits Le Plomb and L'Arselie).
- Vinification / Maturing / Blending: Harvested in 50 kg crates, the different plots are vinified and matured separately in order to best reflect the specificity of each terroir. Aged in demi-muids for 18 to 20 months, then blended en masse one month before bottling by gravity without filtration.
