- In summary: The red Yvonne vintage is a full-bodied, dense Saumur Champigny that evokes fruit aromas as well as spicy, licorice aromas. What characterizes it is the tenderness of the tannins, the "velvet" brought by the tuffeau.
- Vintage : 2019 is a hot year marked by two heat waves at the end of June and July. The rains
arrived afterwards, unlocking the ripeness of the grapes.
- Tasting : Ample, dense which refers to fruit aromas but also to spicy aromas, of liquorice. What characterizes it is the tenderness of the tannins, the "velvet" brought by the tufa.
- To be served with: Roasted quail, roast veal or Brie cheese.
- Origin: 1st vintage in 1997, it is the first red of Yvonne.

- Grape variety : Cabernet Franc
- Terroir : Clay and limestone on turonian limestone called "Tuffeau". 3 parcels on Parnay : Les Pierres Blanches, a part of Beaumeray, and le Bourreau. 1 parcel in Turquant : "Château Gaillard".

- Age of the vines : From 15 to 50 years
- Harvest : Manual in boxes from October 2nd to 3rd
- Yield : 39 hl / ha
- Vinification : Maceration in 38 hl Tronconnique vats, without yeast during 4 weeks.
- Maturing : 22 months : Malolactic fermentation and maturing in troglodyte cellar. 12 months in barrels (20% new) and 9 months in tuns.
- Alcohol content : 13,5%.
