Cellaring : Drink now 

Tasting : This wine has an impressive nose of blackberries, flowers and vanilla. It has nice, ripe tannins and a fresh, fruity finish. 

  

  

Grape varieties : 

- 22% Merlot

- 78% Cabernet Sauvignon

  

  

Vinification: Fermentation and maceration for 15 to 20 days in temperature-controlled vats. Aged for 18 months in oak barrels (50% in new barrels and 50% in one-wine barrels).
