Very succulent, but just as vinous, the interaction of these two aspects creating an incredible sensation on the palate. And underneath, just below the waterline, there's a wonderful minerality that gives this wine a breathtaking tension, and fuels the very long finish. A blend of traditional grape varieties, with a focus on Riesling. Made from organically grown grapes and certified by Ecocert. For drinking or cellaring.
