Coteaux de Plamont Blanc (Chappaz): This cuvée more intimately reflects the terroir of Fully-Plamont, often grown on red or granitic soils. The wine offers a distinct mineral structure, notes of ripe pear, white flowers, candied citrus, and a lovely fresh finish. Less ostentatious, but discreet and refined.
