Fendant La Liaudisaz (Chappaz): Fendant is the emblematic white grape variety of Valais (Chasselas). In this "La Liaudisaz" version, we find a lively and saline wine, with hints of honeysuckle, warm stone, and an almost iodine-like quality. It is an elegant, easy-drinking white, deeply connected to its terroir, best served chilled and enjoyed young, with reasonable aging potential (a few years depending on the vintage).
