A blend of 71% Cabernet Sauvignon and 29% Merlot, harvested between September 20th and October 5th. Its bouquet, interesting and complex, is significantly superior to the previous vintage. It reveals aromas of bell pepper, giving it an almost Loire Valley character. Fresh and precise, it initially displays a slight metallic note before fading. The palate is full, with firm, slightly rustic tannins.
