The Morey St Denis 1er Cru les Chenevery has a more upmarket bouquet than the other Morey premiers crus. In fact, it begins to gain in serenity with aeration, offering attractive orange blossom aromas that complement the red and black fruits. The palate is quite powerful with grainy tannins, great depth and cohesion, solid structure and a very precise finish. This is a brilliant Morey-Saint-Denis that should offer two decades of fulfillment.
