Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Mouches 2018 - Nicolas Rossignol
Geographical location: Situated on the hillside, close to Pommard 1er cru Pezerolles and Épenots.
Soil and environment : Very red soil, typical of the Pommard soil with a very high concentration of iron and countless rolled stones (Pommard is located on an old river bed).
The vine: Vine of about fifty years old, in a single block.
The wine: Rich wine with a lot of character. A blend of red and black fruits with a touch of wilderness. Silky attack, with very present aromas, giving it a nice length at the end of the mouth.
