- Tasting : Dense and sustained color, the freshness and the intensity of its fruitiness charm us from its youth. Over the years, the mouth displays a full and silky roundness. The fruitiness evolves towards macerated cherry, stone, licorice and fine balsamic scents as well as very fine animal nuances.
