CLIMATE
The term "Petits Noizons" comes from the Burgundian patois, the Nosroyes, which means "little walnuts". means Walnut (the tree), a land covered with walnut trees that belonged to the Duchess of Burgundy Alix de Vergy in the 13th century.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Consisting of an assembly of two parcels at the top of the hillside above Pommard, this wine recalls all the character of its terroir.
Harvest: manual followed by manual sorting and optical sorting of the grapes.
Vinification: after destemming of the grapes, the ripest and healthiest berries are vatting for 15 to 18 days for cold prefermentation maceration
then for 5 to 6 days for the alcoholic fermentation. These stages can be punctuated by several punctures and reassemblies
Ageing: in new barrels (35%) and in barrels of one to two wines, preceded by a
pneumatic pressing with juice separation
Duration of breeding: 15 to 17 months
TASTING
A well-structured nose with notes of black fruits.
On the palate, this Pommard Les Petits Noizons is a well-balanced wine with Tannins present but enveloped.
