Pouilly Fuissé 2015 Tournant de Pouilly - Cuvée Hors Classe - Domaine Ferret
The 2015 Pouilly-Fuissé Hors-Classe Tournant de Pouilly is superb, offering up a pure and vibrant bouquet of Anjou pear, Meyer lemon, blanched almonds and dried white flowers. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, bright and tangy, with lovely depth and concentration, concluding with a long, tangy finish. It's not quite as powerful or dramatic as the strikingly incisive Les Ménétrières, but it's beautifully balanced and full of energy.
