The Nuits-Saint-Georges from Domaine Remoriquet perfectly embodies the identity of its appellation through its straightforward expression and technical precision. Made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes and cultivated according to the principles of HVE (High Environmental Value) and Terra Vitis certifications, this wine reveals a structure that is both dense and fleshy. Beneath its deep purple robe, it develops, even in its youth, a generous aromatic bouquet marked by black cherry, raspberry, and violet, subtly enhanced by notes of sweet spices and hints of vanilla imparted by careful aging in oak barrels.
On the palate, the wine achieves a delicate balance between the robust power typical of the great terroirs of the Côte de Nuits and a silky elegance. The attack is round and opulent, supported by fine but well-structured tannins that give it excellent aging potential, generally ranging from 5 to 12 years. As it ages, its tannins soften to reveal a smooth texture and refined complexity, making it an ideal companion for fine dining, particularly grilled red meats, dishes with sauces, or aged cheeses.
