 Discover our beautiful collection of long aged Rivesaltes from the Monastir del Camp Priory. This is a great gift for those of us who love old French wine vintages. The wine has been stored for many years directly at the estate. The tasting promises to be gourmet and perfect! 

The producers of these natural sweet wines often kept the best vintages to mix them with the weakest. The conservation is ideal: "undisturbed" in 500 liter barrels for decades. These wines have only recently been bottled at the estates.

• Tasted by Neal Martin in 2014: "The Chateau Prieure du Monastir del Camp 1948 Rivesaltes has more intensity on the nose compared to the 1948 with prune, fresh dates, camphor and quince - quite glorious! The palate is very well balanced with superb weight. There's a soft grip on the palate, suggesting a bit more backbone than the 50, with tangy Seville orange marmalade, cloves, Chinese 5-spice, then it coils to a smooth finish that begs for another sip. Delicious."

• Grape Variety: This is a blend of 50% Grenache Noir and the rest white grapes - Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Macabeu and Tourbat. 
• Alcohol : 17,5 % /vol.
• Serving temperature: Ideally serve between 12 and 15 C°.
