 Discover our beautiful collection of long aged Rivesaltes from the Monastir del Camp Priory. This is a great gift for those of us who love old French wine vintages. The wine has been stored for many years directly at the estate. The tasting promises to be gourmet and perfect! 

The producers of these natural sweet wines often kept the best vintages to mix them with the weakest. The conservation is ideal: "undisturbed" in 500 liter barrels for decades. These wines have only recently been bottled at the estates.

• Tasted by Neal Martin in 2014: "The 1959 Rivesaltes has a sensual bouquet with scents of stewed fig, mint and espresso that open up with aeration. It is well defined with notes of melted chocolate developing. The palate holds fine tannins, lots of fig and smoke notes at first, with a nice delineation towards the long finish. There is sweetness and body to this sublime Rivesaltes. Drink now-2025+"

• Grape Variety: This is a blend of 50% Grenache Noir and the rest white grapes - Grenache Gris, Grenache Blanc, Macabeu and Tourbat. 
• Alcohol : 17,5 % /vol.
• Serving temperature: Ideally serve between 12 and 15 C°.
