Character : The wines of the Hautes-Côtes-de-Nuits express themselves with great purity through their freshness and the intensity of the red and black fruits: red currant, raspberry, blackcurrant.
Drunk in its youth, but not too early, the pinot is very fruity, evolving then towards fur and undergrowth.
