Great Burgundy wine from the estate
Vintage 2018: Still very balanced, fragrant, with a nose dominated by fresh yellow fruit and brioche bread, lively and fine, with a beautiful harmony and a delicate nuance on the palate. (Guide Dussert-Gerber).

Pruning: Double Guyot Age of the vines: 19 years
Vinification: After pressing, the must (juice) is taken to a stainless steel tank for settling*. This is a natural settling by gravity (no enzyme is added). It lasts between 12 and 24 hours. Then comes the alcoholic fermentation* and the malolactic fermentation* which are carried out with temperature control. The wine is aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats, 20% of which are in oak barrels.
Characteristics: A wine with great finesse and harmonious aromas.
Aging potential: 5-15 years depending on the storage place.
Temperature: Between 12˚C and 13˚C.
Food pairing: Meat-based dish: Chablis-style ham. Fish dish: Herb-stuffed sea bass. Dessert: Goat cheese and apple sauce gratin.
