- Mont de Milieu takes its name from its location, situated on a hill that once marked a border between Burgundy and Champagne.
- Terroir: Mont de Milieu is a sloping vineyard, very well exposed on the right bank. It is close to the Grands Crus.
- Food pairing : This wine goes well with seafood platters, fish dishes or mature cheeses.
- Grapes : The grapes come from partner winegrowers working throughout the year in collaboration with Domaine Laroche.
