Échezeaux Grand Cru 2019 - Mongeard Mugneret
The Echezeaux has a pure ruby colour, lively and deep, limpid, whose shades often vary from garnet to purple-purple. When it is young, it is well opened and presents vanilla, smoky, woody or roasted aromas, red fruit, fresh cherry, rose or violet or even spices. It is perfect after two or three years, then closes and reappears after five to ten years. Its great aromatic complexity makes it a wine that is both spontaneous and feminine, subtle and refined with fine and delicate tannins that are quite supple.
It expresses all the complexity of Burgundy in its elegance and roundness, all the art of Pinot Noir on a predestined terroir.
