Gevrey Chambertin 1er cru Cazetiers 2018 - Bouchard Père et Fils
In the 19th century, the prestige of Chambertin had become such that in 1847 the village of Gevrey took the name of Gevrey-Chambertin. Ideally situated at the top of the hillside, at the outlet of the Combe de Lavaux, "Les Cazetiers" is one of the most famous climates of the appellation. In the 1855 classification, this parcel was even classified at the same level as the legendary Chambertin and Chambertin-Clos-de-Bèze.
