Presentation of the cuvée: This is one of the favourite Saint-Aubin wines of the appellation. It is at the same level of quality as the great white wines of Puligny-Montrachet and Chassagne Montrachet.
The climate "Les Murgers des Dents de Chien": The location is situated just above En Remilly and the Montrachet hill, thus being exposed to the south and east. The Murgers are none other than the small dry stone walls patiently built by the winegrowers who used to clean the land of their stones before planting the vines. The terroir thus combines this beautiful sun exposure with altitude, a factor of minerality in the wines: it proves to be excellent for white wines, as the estate proves.
Ageing: In French oak barrels for 12 months.
Aging potential: To be drunk between 2025 and 2030.
Serving temperature: 10°C
