• Terroir : This vineyard of about fifty years and of a single piece of land (10 Ha) is made up of the three main grape varieties with a predominance of Grenache. It extends on the plateau of the garrigues ideally situated between the terraces of the Ouvèze (tributary of the Rhône) and the Dentelles de Montmirail which constitutes soils of pebbles from the debris of the Dentelles de Montmirail and clay.
• Grape varieties : 60% Grenache noir / 30% Syrah / 10% Mourvèdre
• Vinification : traditional in stainless steel tanks.
• Maturing : in vats and barrels (35% Allier wood)
• Tasting : A Vacqueyras with a deep and dark color and which reveals a rich and powerful aromatic palette. Notes of blackberry, plum, fig, spicy and leathery nuances stand out on the finish. This Cru produces intense and fine wines, expressing distinctive aromas of spice and garrigue.
• How to drink it : From 2 to 8 years.
• Service : Temperature of 17°C
