Rivesaltes 1951 - Domaine Tricoire
This is a superb natural sweet wine from Rivesaltes. It was produced by one of our partner winemakers: Mr Philippe Gayral. The condition of the bottles is perfect because they have been bottled recently. Indeed, this wine is harvested late and then matured for a long time in oak barrels.
These beautiful natural sweet wines are produced from the emblematic grape varieties of Roussillon: you will find the famous black, grey and white grenache, maccabeo and malvoisie.
The vineyard is based on a terroir of rolled pebbles.
Tasting: A superb wine with complex flavours. Typical of the style of the Rivesaltes natural sweet wines. These are great wines to keep, ideal for birthday presents!
Food and wine pairing: Desserts and chocolate-based dishes. Aperitif, cheese board, even cold meats. It can be drunk without accompaniment, but while sharing a good moment with connoisseurs or with your loved ones.
It can be kept several days after opening and kept in a cool place.
