Location : Grésigny. It is the name of the Climate and the place that it encompasses. They are very well located on the slopes of Mont Palais and their soil is stony. The first mention of Grésigny appears in the Carlutaire de Saint-Marcel de Chalon, in 838: In fine Ruliacense, in villa Gricunaco ("in the country of Rully, in the rural area of Grésigny"). There was therefore a rural estate, as early as the Gallo-Roman period, belonging to a certain Gracinius, a Roman or Gallic citizen who became a Roman citizen.

Vineyards: Planted in 1945 for a total area of 70 ares.
Soil and subsoil: Clay and limestone
Winemaking: Hand picked, direct pressing without crushing, static settling 48 hours then put in barrels for alcoholic fermentation. (20 % new barrels exclusively from the Chassin cooperage)
Ageing: 12 months in barrels, then 6 months in stainless steel tanks. Bottling according to the lunar calendar
Personality: This parcel always gives rich wines. with a lot of tension and minerality
