VINIFICATION
Completely destemmed harvest.
Vatting period of about twenty days.
Extraction by pigeage and pumping over.
AGEING
12 months in oak barrels and vats.
TASTING
Colour : intense ruby.
Nose: small black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry), violet, evolution on liquorice.
Palate: supple attack, with a dominant of red fruits.
The structure of the wine is mineral.
Long and spicy finish.
