- Tasting : A rare Chardonnay that he has propagated from 40 plants. It comes from different vineyards, 60% clay and 40% limestone, and is a little more aromatic than normal Chardonnay. The wine has 14.5% alcohol, and is balanced by bitterness rather than acidity. Since 2015 (the first vintage of the cuvée), they have had high maturities, but the wines still have very good freshness. It's super tasty, powerful but balanced and elegant at the same time. It's dry and serious, with a tasty finish.
