Tasting :Pale gold colour with bright green tinges. On the nose we find spicy, peppery, black tea, clove and mineral notes. The palate is very concentrated with a superb minerality.

Cellaring capacity: Can be enjoyed young after decanting, or can be kept in the cellar for a decade (2020 to 2023).

Food and wine pairing: Drink with seafood (fish or shellfish). Can also be served with white meats, cheeses, and fruity or chocolate desserts.
